• Analyze community awareness of the organization and the public's understanding of the constituency it serves
• Assist in creating an integrated annual program including a ‘development specific' communication plan
• Ensure all facets of any program will be geared toward effective, measured growth and will be accountable to the organization and to its donors through consistent strategic communication vehicles
• Provide staff mentoring and education programs focused on building effective, integrated development programs
