ABARIS Referral Program

Consistent with our approach to building long-term relationships with leaders in Private Companies, Government and Not-for-Profit organizations, the vast majority of our work comes from repeat business and referrals.

In recognition of our referral business and to support our continued growth, ABARIS Consulting provides the ABARIS Referral Program.  The ABARIS Referral Program pays not only on the first engagement with the referred client but on every engagement ABARIS Consulting conducts with the referred client.

For example.  Bill refers ABC organization to ABARIS Consulting and ABARIS Consulting obtains the engagement.  Bill will get paid 5% of the total professional fees paid by ABC organization to ABARIS Consulting for that engagement.  Now let’s assume that ABC organization engages ABARIS Consulting one-year later to do additional work, Bill will again be paid 5% of the total professional fees ABC organization paid ABARIS Consulting for this engagement.  Bill will continue to be paid this referral fee on all subsequent engagements ABARIS Consulting conducts with the ABC organization.  In addition, he would also be paid the same 5% referral fee for all other clients he refers and ABARIS Consulting is contracted and paid by the referred client to perform.

Many other referral programs have maximum payouts, only pay on the first engagement with the referred client or reduce the referral fee to zero after a year or two and as such, incent the consulting firm to delay additional engagements (beyond the initially referred opportunity), so as to reduce or avoid paying additional referral fees.  Unlike these programs, the ABARIS Referral Program:

• Has no maximum payout,
• Does not reduce the percentage payout over time, and
• Pays you on each and every engagement ABARIS Consulting undertakes with and is paid by the referred client! 

How To Refer

Providing ABARIS Consulting a referral is easy:

1. If you hear about or know of an organization that needs the expertise offered by ABARIS Consulting, simply refer a key contact within that organization to us and allow us to use your name for introduction purposes.
2. Read the attached Terms and Conditions of the ABARIS Referral Program and if you agree, complete the Referral Form and click the submit button.
3. After we receive your Referral Form, we will contact you within 10 business days by email if your referral is approved for potential customer contact.
4. If we obtain an engagement from your referral within twelve (12) months of the referral being approved by ABARIS Consulting, you will be paid the referral fee(s) from all engagements that ABARIS Consulting is contracted and paid by the Referral to perform.
